May 22, 2012 at Liberty ......

The children are well. We have quite a few birthdays this month. We held one big birthday party Friday since the children were off from school. The birthday kids got to invite their friends but it was a rainy day and none of their friends showed up but we all had fun anyway. The volunteers decorated the school, volunteers Gloria and Pamjeit made pizza and punch. We played board games for a couple hours while the pizza were being baked, we played musical chairs to the wild beat of the boys drumming, (that was real fun) and had screaming contests. With all the pizza and punch, the kids decided they wanted to save the cake for the next day, so the party ended at about 8 p.m. with everyone pooped!
